Members of the Coachworks team and their guests spent an excellent day in the company of Kristina Grimes and Jenny Celerier recently, which some will recognise as former contestants of BBC’s The Apprentice programme.

The ladies formed an events company last year to stage business seminars, the first of which, aptly called “Raising the Barâ€�, was staged at Harrogate International Convention Centre and attracted more than one thousand business leaders. Keynote speaker Jack Black of Mindstore was joined by other business gurus including Channel 4’s “Secret Millionaireâ€� Carl Hopkins. (more…)

Hodgson Newcastle; top selling dealer for Mazda, Suzuki, Toyota and Mitsubishi has enlisted the support of Coachworks Consulting to develop its aftersales businesses at The Metro Centre, Gateshead and Silverlink.

Hodgson have been motor retailing in the North East of England for more than 50 years, and in that time have built up a strong reputation for customer service. A former Volvo Car UK manager has joined Coachworks Consulting in an Associate role that now creates a trio of ex-Volvo personnel at Coachworks.

Neil Pulker, left the Marlow based company at the end of January, having clocked up more than 30 years for the Swedish car brand, across a number of field based sales & aftersales roles. He leaves Volvo in good shape, as 2008 saw car sales in the UK grew by more than 11%, (more…)
