In his presentation “Room for Growth: From Needy to Greedy” he will be sharing observations and providing advice around key areas for boosting much needed retailer profitability in 2018. As a seasoned industry figure, Karl understands that there’s a big difference between knowing and doing, and as a result, he will be provoking thought and inspiring his industry peers to reality check their operations and take action around a handful of topics that are proven to generate growth.
Karl is delighted to be one of nine industry leaders asked to speak at the event and will be doing so alongside the likes of Peter Smyth, Group Director of Swansway, a valued client of Coachworks for several years. He very much hopes to see lots of familiar faces on the day and to catching up for a coffee afterwards.
