Mr Baker had a successful career in banking for 13 years, before switching to the motor industry in the mid-nineties since which he represented brands such as Audi and Toyota as a retailer. As an experienced leader having achieved success in two very different but demanding sectors, the decision to apply his experience in the consulting arena led him to join Coachworks as a Consultant in 2010, and he was quickly promoted to a senior role a year later.
