Careful Growth Despite Global Recession

17 September 2009

Despite economists forecasting UK unemployment to reach 3 million by Christmas, Coachworks Consulting is bucking the trend by winning new business and carefully recruiting additional staff.

Careful Growth Despite Global Recession

As a management consultancy specialising in business improvement, we’ve earned quite a reputation for taking our clients’ business performances from good to great, especially in the hard-hit motor industry. The economy going into recession has brought new interest from companies serious about improving their leadership ability, sales performance and customer focus.

To facilitate our continued growth, we’ve created a new role of Business Support Manager, with a starting package of £25K.  We expect interest to be high; as this represents a real career opportunity, yet promises to provide the successful candidate with excellent work life balance.  For example, there’s considerable support for personal development and 30 days paid leave in year one.

In addition to this, we’re also looking to carefully develop our team of Management Consultants, so these roles are being communicated both locally and at a national level.
We’re committed to making the right appointments, so the search and selection process will be thorough.  We anticipate this could take some time, possibly until the end of the year.  If we get it right, however, it will mark an important milestone not only in the company’s development, but also of the careers for those that join us.

I’ll keep you posted.

Karl
