Hodgson have been motor retailing in the North East of England for more than 50 years, and in that time have built up a strong reputation for customer service. They invited Coachworks to meet after having read an article about the company’s work for another client published in the industry magazine, MotorTrader.
Having met with General Manager David Lowes in February, Coachworks were engaged one month later. Coachworks carried out a Growth Appraisal of the Hodgson business, both in respect of revenue potential, and just as importantly customer loyalty. As a result of this, Hodgson commissioned Coachworks to provide a bespoke tailored version of their very successful Race for Growth programme. More news and programme results will follow.
