Coachworks are pleased to announce that Dingles Motor Group, a client for the past two years, has scooped the motor industry’s top award for Excellence in Customer Service, at the recent Automotive Management Awards ceremony, held at the N.I.A, Birmingham.

Coachworks Consulting client, John Dingle of Dingles Motor Group collects top award for Excellence in Customer Service.

Dingles is in it’s ninetieth year of motor retailing, and the business, which today is run by John Dingle, Grandson of the founder,  operates four showrooms in Norfolk and Suffolk for the Toyota, Subaru and Isuzu brands.

Coachworks Principal Consultant, Karl Davis, said “this recognition is rightly deserved, as John Dingle has created a real difference in the way customers are treated at his businesses”.
